Accounting Manager is responsible for all accounting requirements needed within the CEC. The position will require a strong desire to complete tasks and deliver solutions to the clients and vendors
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manages and oversees the daily operations relating to AP and AR for clients, vendors and DAR PRO Solutions
Reviews customized Reporting required by clients
Researches and works to resolve invoice discrepancies with Vendors
Manages AR collections
Assists team with reconcile of payment applications
Works closely with Darling facilities monitoring the CEC account setups in oracle
Reviews monthly pricing for National and NSC accounts
Prepares Revenue Accruals
Manages and review of cash applications for National and NSC accounts
Manages customer portals for Invoice and data uploads
Assists in requests from both internal and external auditors
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in accounting field, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Strong organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills
Strong computer skills necessary
Strong skills and vast experience in use of Excel
Able to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high accuracy
