Job Description
Fragomen Manila is seeking a Finance Records Intern to join our Manila office for a two-month internship. The role will support a records-updating project involving manual bookkeeping and document administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manually record information in physical bookkeeping ledgers based on references provided.
- Assist in clearing the backlog of records from 2025.
- File, organise, and retrieve supporting documents.
- Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and clearly written.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- High school graduates, current students, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Neat and legible handwriting with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume administrative work accurately.
- Able to commit to working four days per week for two months in the Manila office.
