Accounting Intern - KSA

Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Kraft Heinz. We're seeking a dedicated Accountant Intern to support in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
What you'll do:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently by verifying necessary documentation
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and manage discrepancies with third party vendors
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage discrepancies
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available
• Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Assist in external audit procedure
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Assist on filing VAT and WHT

What you bring:

• Tamheer eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience of 0 to 3 years
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, blackline)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
