Sisal Albania is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with experience in both front-end and back-end development. The candidate will join the Domestic & International Management System Factory, focusing on developing and enhancing high-performing, scalable, and reliable web applications.

What you’ll do:

  • You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for the front end.

  • You will develop robust back-end services using Java and Spring Boot, including Java EE.

  • You will work with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, and MySQL to efficiently manage data storage and retrieval.

  • You will integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance the functionality of applications.

  • You will collaborate on the design and development of Microservices Architecture.

  • You will implement and maintain messaging systems (MQTT, JMS, Kafka, etc.) for reliable and scalable communication between components.

  • You will participate in setting up and maintaining continuous integration pipelines to streamline development and deployment.

  • You will ensure code quality, testing, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • You will work collaboratively in an Agile environment, contributing to team discussions and planning.

  • You will communicate effectively in both English and Italian, with internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of experience with React.js for front-end development.

  • You have 3+ years of experience with Java, focusing on Spring Boot and Java EE applications.

  • You have proven experience working with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.

  • You are familiar with third-party API integrations.

  • You have experience with MQTT and other message-based integrations (JMS, Kafka, etc.).

  • You have a basic understanding of continuous integration pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • You are fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)

Preferably, you also have:

  • You have knowledge of Microservices Architecture, with bonus points for experience with Kubernetes (K8s).

  • You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
