- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in the general ledger.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and management information (MIS).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of TDS returns and GST returns.
- Support Form 16 generation and quarterly TDS compliance.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and working papers for tax filings.
- Assist during statutory, tax by providing required documentation.
- Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform vendor, customer, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
