Accounting & Finance Director

Role:

• Reports to: Vice President of Finance

• Location: Remote (Philippines)

• Employment Type: Night Shift Contractor

  • 4 Hour overlap with United States EST working hours 9am-5pm

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Director in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for managing month-end close, preparing financial reports, and supporting key financial analyses

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Execute revenue recognition process

  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking

• Manage AR/AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections strategy

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making

• Work with the VP of Finance in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial operations experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced in excel and google sheets

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience bookkeeping for U.S. clients

• Experience with an MSO-PC model accounting is a plus
