Summary
5 month temporary assignment with Accounting Internal Control/Risk Management team onsite 5 days a week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
Vendor Management for LGEUS
1. Vendor registration documents collection, review and verification
2. Vendor bank information verification (Document and Phone call)
3. Vendor registration document file management and report vendor new/modify/change list for upper management
MDMS Management for LGEUS
1. New vendor information entry into the MDMS for vendor code creation
2. Vendor information update when requested
3. Vendor code cleansing (deactivation from MDMS) - every month
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is not required for this position (0~3 years experience)
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Requires a thorough understanding of departmental and interdepartmental activities
- Ability to establish and maintain detailed records and to accomplish complex and diversified assignments using established practices and methods
- Skilled in Excel and Power Point
