Accounting Coordinator
100% Remote within California, Must reside in California

What You’ll Do
The Accounting Coordinator is a mid-level position with a direct line to the Senior Staff Accountant. This position is responsible for day-to-day activities of projects including but not limited to provider data management, data analysis, time management, inputting and processing invoices in our Workday system. This position is detail driven as high accuracy to detail is required.
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for month-end and year-end tasks including but not limited to 1099 preparation, and various audit duties. The Accounting Coordinator will also work within Workday to research vendor/supplier cards.
Ability to work with large excel data files.
Assists Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews such as positive pay and check-cashing verifications
Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements each month and post to the general ledger
Attributes for Success
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Ability to work accurately with numerical detail

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
Skills Required
