Accounting Associate (Entry-Level)
HKG Duty Free, part of Ariva Group, is seeking a motivated recent Accounting graduate with Microsoft 365 skills to join our growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your accounting career within a dynamic retail and international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools
- Process invoices and assist with expense tracking
- Support payroll and general accounting functions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
