Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities across all locations.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Reconcile accounts and support the timely closure of books.
- Prepare monthly closing entries and assist with month-end close.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
- Support the preparation of monthly MIS reports and Cash Flow Statements (CFS).
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience in a multi-location or multi-entity accounting environment.
- Familiarity with MIS and other reporting.
Qualifications:
- - Minimum Full Time B.COM or M. COM mandatory
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably within the SAAS industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
