What You'll Do
As an Accounting Associate, you'll support our Finance team by:
- Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks
- Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests
- Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy
- Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data
- Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates
- Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed
What You Bring
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A commitment to providing outstanding service to internal and external customers
