Job Summary:
Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Supports the month-end close process. Performs activities under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information. Prepares basic journal entries. Performs monthly and annual account reconciliations. Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for reports. May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects. Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Core Responsibilities
- Inventory & Reconciliation: Perform monthly and quarterly inventory workings, tally them with the General Ledger (GL), and identify/analyze reasons for any variances.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular cycle count-related audits. Handle government compliance requirements, specifically with the National Statistics Office and Annual Survey of Industries (ASI), including the filing of necessary reports.
- Financial Reporting & Tracking: Report regular manufacturing expenses for the plant. Track and manage Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and Inventory Turns for the Product Support Business Unit (PSBU).
- Intercompany Transactions: Manage Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) and cross-charging for cost recovery within intercompany entities.
- Supplier Verification: Perform quarterly reconciliation of stock held at supplier locations.
- Tax Compliance: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) related workings and compile necessary data for quarterly filings.
General Accounting Support
- Compile, consolidate, and conduct basic analysis of accounting and finance information.
