Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and records
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
