Complete daily and month-end reconciliations
Post journal entries
Data entry for various Excel reports
Research as requested
Assist manager in gathering information requested by auditors
Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook desired with the ability to learn a variety of other software programs
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, detailed, and able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
Perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters.
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
