Key Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders for vendors, verify vendor invoices, and process payment for approved invoices
- Prepare customer billing statements, post receivable payments, and record adjustments
- Manage corporate and employees credit card spending accounts
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and general ledger entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
- Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for monthly financial statements
- Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting or a related business field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
