The Glenview at Pelican Bay is a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida.
We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Accounting Assistant. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
The Accounting Assistant at the Glenview is responsible for data entry, clerical support duties, and assisting the Director of Financial Services in the day-to-day coordination and operation of the department.
The Accounting Assistant will assist with services including but not limited to:
- Compiles and inputs data into the computer for resident and Health Center billing.
- Records and prepares Independent Living, Home Health, and miscellaneous deposits.
- Reviews accounts payable invoices for accuracy.
- Inputs accounts payable into the computer, forwards to department head for approval, and generates accounts payable checks.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High School education with knowledge of accounting and office machines.
- Date entry or personal computer experience necessary.
- Accounting experience helpful, but not required; will train as needed.
- PCC experience preferred.
