About the role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow your career in accounting, this could be the perfect opportunity. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — from reconciling daily sales to supporting month-end close.

*Please note, this role is supporting our AmTrav product and customers, not the TravelPerk platform*

What you’ll be doing

  • Reconciling daily merchant sales and preparing related reports

  • Verifying and posting transactions to invoices

  • Processing account adjustments and cancellations

  • Entering and maintaining accurate financial data

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and supporting AR/AP needs

  • Responding to merchant processor inquiries

  • Preparing bank deposits, reconciling bank statements, and generating sales reports

  • Supporting monthly customer reports and expense report processing

What we’re looking for

  • AA in Accounting or a related field (preferred)

  • Familiarity with general Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) practices

  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to adapt and meet deadlines with confidence

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $49,500 – $62,500, depending on experience and qualifications.

For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
