Job Description
Support the Beauty and Finance divisions by maintaining timely and accurate beauty line assignments used for processing rebates and analyzing reporting data. Oversee the accuracy with Incentive payouts and Beauty Initiatives. Serve as a resource to the Beauty Managers, Regional Managers, and Human Resource Workforce teams regarding the Beauty Division expectations related to line assignment data. Invest time auditing line assignments and making corrections prior to the monthly rebate billing and payroll cycles. Complete team tasks by leveraging the Cosmetic Rebate system (Model N) for data and reporting. Provide ongoing communication, education, and customer service to our front-line customers.
A day in the life:
- Support the Beauty Division by executing established business processes including maintaining timely and accurate beauty line assignments.
- Analyze and audit internal reporting and Workday data to resolve discrepancies.
- Leverage skill set to achieve department goals and provide support to the team.
- Provide effective and accurate ongoing communication, education, and customer service to the Beauty Division, team, and business partners.
- Execute business processes and procedures according to best practices to support the department.
- Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate.
- Maintain an understanding of available tools and apply effective approaches to tasks and initiatives.
- Identify, research, and resolve issues using appropriate resources while being fiscally and financially prudent.
- Help to plan, facilitate, and/or execute assigned projects.
- Impact own job area(s) within operational targets and guidelines.
- Display an ongoing focus on continuously improving processes and tasks (LEAN).
You own this if you have:
- 1-3 years of equivalent training and job-related (accounting exp)/ customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Knowledgeable on Salesforce platforms preferred.
