In this exciting position, you will combine bookkeeping with front-office management, acting as an important contact point within the company.
Job Description- Independently handling ongoing bookkeeping (incoming invoices, bank accounts, cash register)
- Account reconciliation and monitoring of open items
- Payment processing
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Reception and support for visitors
- Support with administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day business
- Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA, HLW or similar)
- Professional experience in a commercial role
- Accounting skills and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Good command of English
- Enjoy working with people and have a strong service-oriented approach, as well as a friendly, well-presented attitude and team spirit

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2,728 gross per month (excluding overtime).
