Accounting and Data Specialist - fixed term period of 2 years

Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions, ensure support in statutory reporting, maintain Master Data.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:

• Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting
• Perform statutory VAT closing
• Prepare specific MJEs
• Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write offs and invoices
• Prepare benefit in kind file for contractors
• Perform account reconciliation and SOD controls
• Provide reports and analysis based on auditor's request or any other audit missions
• Maintain prepayment file
• Ensure technical support on T&E + preparation of induction training
• Purchase orders review (finance review and approval)
• Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer, review errors, PO & EPAY match)
• Ensure report completion and submission for National Bank and Statistical Institute.
• Nonresidents declarations (205 & D017) + residents (collaborators contracts 207)

Operational:

• Participate on annual inventory
• Maintain physical archive
• PO creation, EPAYs, CBP

Master Data Management:
Manage:

• Price Book
• Customer Master Data
• Cost Centers
• Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic)
