What You'll Do
- Contract Setup in Billing System.
- Raising Invoices & Credit Notes.
- Preparation of Billing Schedules, Un-Billed Reports, and Escalation Reports.
- Validation of PO & Contract Value.
- Validation of Contract SLAs and KPIs of Deliverables.
- Understanding of Revenue recognition process as per ASC 606.
- Work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolution of disputes.
- Customer Collections Report & billing Projections Report.
- Contract Setup in Billing System.

- Have a minimum of three to five (3 -5) years’ experience in customer billing, in a software company would be an asset.
- Commerce Graduate or CA (Inter)
