Job Description
- Registration of accounting policies.
- Analysis and control of balance and expense accounts
- Payroll analysis, registration and control
- Preparation of account reconciliations / Integrations.
- Preparation of requested reports.
- Support in bank reconciliations.
- Support in the control of fixed assets.
- Monthly closing management
- Timely response to different audit requirements
- Identify and promptly address the user's requirements and needs within their scope of action
- Maintain cordial, respectful and empathetic treatment with all users
Qualifications
- Firm accounting bases
- Ability to work in teams
- Good time management and activity administration.
- Continuously propose improvements in flows and processes
- Excellent command of Excel
- Analytical capacity
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- English Intermediate - Advanced
- Knowledge of Oracle applications is preferred
- Tax Knowledge
