In the position of Accounting Analyst Senior, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and supervise the financial entity's complete accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing bank reconciliations, account analysis and accounting provisions, as well as supporting and coordinating internal and external audit processes.
Activities:
- Ensuring compliance with tax obligations (VAT, income tax, PPM, among others) and preparing regulatory reports for the CMF;
- Actively participate in the automation and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes;
- Collaborating with areas such as Treasury, Risk and Compliance to ensure the correct accounting attribution of financial operations;
- Generating financial reports for the head office or supervisory bodies, documenting results and following up on corrective actions when necessary.
Technical Knowledge:
- Título profesional de Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad financiera, idealmente en bancos, compañías de seguros, fintechs o instituciones reguladas.
- Conocimiento avanzado de normativa IFRS y regulaciones de la CMF.
Skills and Competencies:
- Manejo de ERP contables (deseable Oracle).
- Excel avanzado; manejo de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experiencia en fiscalizaciones y auditorías.

Skills Required
- Professional degree in Accounting, Auditor Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS regulations
- Knowledge of CMF regulations
- Experience with accounting ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with fiscal inspections and audits
- Experience in banks, insurance companies, fintechs, or regulated institutions
- Experience with Oracle ERP
