What You Will Do
- Recording all financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payment records into the Oracle NetSuite ERP system on a monthly basis and performing monthly closing procedures
- Tracking vendor invoices and ensuring that all supplier invoices are recorded under the correct cost centers
- Reviewing and approving personal expense reports submitted by employees
- Preparing payment plans and sharing them with the payments team for execution
- Sharing recorded financial documents regularly with accounting and tax consultants
- Performing monthly trial balance checks and account reconciliations in collaboration with accounting and tax consultants
- Preparing supporting schedules related to tax declarations prepared by accounting and tax consultants and submitting them to senior management
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all financial transactions
- Coordinating with accounting and tax consultants to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Recording and reporting intercompany transactions
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports
- Supporting the Finance Manager in other accounting-related matters
What You Will Need
- have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields
- have a minimum of 2 years of solid professional experience in accounting, tax, and finance
- have proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- are a proactive and self-directed person, and you take initiative when necessary
- have a thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, and CPA is a plus
- are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
- English: Advanced (you will use it daily, and we will also have interviews in English)
