Position Summary
Accounting Analyst will:
- Review renewal and new client business submissions.
- Billing pricing exports.
- Billing Accpac imports.
- Miscellaneous client pricing & product reconciliations.
- Participate in meetings and initiatives related to billing procedures.
- Audit requests as necessary.
- Respond to various ad-hoc inquiries and reporting requests.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of accounting, reconciliation experience and/or banking experience.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience (i.e.: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large multiple data files, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Uses knowledge/experience to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of accounting concepts.
- Industry Experience a plus.
- AR or Billing experience a plus.
- Customer service experience a plus.
Education
Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other closely-related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent and related experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to complete all job duties.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
