Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures to support the market and transmission settlement process.
- Identify improvements to settlement procedures and software to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Navigate the steps of invoice verification, coding, and processing, and ensure alignment with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Independently ensuring accurate and efficient issuance of year-end tax documents to suppliers
- Manage travel and expense reimbursements
What we are looking for:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Preferably familiar with electric utility industry accounting practices.
- Familiarity with computer accounting systems, preferably Oracle.
- Preferably experienced with Concur Solutions.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $71,000-96,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
