Responsibilities:
- Receive and register incoming claims related to vehicle glass damage and roadside assistance requests and register them in the system;
- Verify policy coverage, driver eligibility, and incident details before initiating the claim process;
- Send first letter to driver;
- Ensure timely processing of claims into the appropriate systems;
- Accurately record all claim information in internal systems and maintain complete case documentation;
- Identify cases requiring further investigation or escalation to second-level claims handlers or insurers;
- Ensure all activities align with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements;
- Perform a variety of claims management tasks and projects as necessary; back up structure scenario;
- Recommend and implement process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Office
- English level - Minimum B2
- Quality and accuracy oriented
- Eager and able to learn quickly
- Continuous improvement mindset
