As an integral part of our finance team, the Accountant will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of 10 finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, in compliance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support for special projects and initiatives.
