- A minimum of 20 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in the food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including ERP systems and financial analysis software.
