What You Will Be Doing :
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
- Manage AR statement, Sales Invoice and Credit control process
- Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues.
- Support annual statutory audit and stock count
- Handle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements, including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation, VAT filing, tax authority inquiries, etc.
- Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment process
- Execute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount process
- Margin analysis of deals + masterdata pricing set up
- Manage local bank statements and finance system support
- SOX Narratives & Control Matrix, walkthrough testing
- SOD, SGRT and Self Assessment
- Master Data maintenance
- Any other adhoc duties
Who We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCs
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Proven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independently
- Good analytical skills, able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improve
