In order to support our business we are looking for a Accountant.

Position Summary:

This accountant will be responsible for Vietnam finance support, including accounting, reporting, tax and audit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) etc. through ERP system
• Issue VAT invoice
• Prepare monthly financial statements, tax reports
• Monthly reporting to the Group
• Liaise with consultants, auditors and external stakeholders
• Review commercial and service contracts
• Processing Import & Export payments.
• Handle the process of annual audit
• Support the finance & accounting functions in Vietnam.
• Other ad-hoc activities as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

You have:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience covering entire general ledger with strong track record in A/R and A/P, tax compliance, tax submissions and dealing with matters relating to the Tax department.
• Experience in implementing local accounting software system for the company.
• Experience in an ERP system is a must.
• Experience with e-Banking is a must.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Western international experience is required
• Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or related professional qualifications
• Chief Accountant Certificate holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Adhere to deadlines and ability to work under time pressure
• Keen learner with positive attitude who is adaptable to changes
• Well organized, self-motivated, willing to learn and take up new responsibilities
• Willing to be hands-on and work independently
