About the roleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong reconciliation and month-end close experience to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate has worked in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, thrives in a fast-paced organization, and is comfortable improving financial processes and supporting automation initiatives.
This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Perform month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in monthly revenue reports and entries.
Maintain accounting records for a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements within the accounting function.
Maintain strong internal controls and proper documentation for audit readiness.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Proven experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
Hands-on experience with month-end close processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with US sales tax compliance.
Experience with Sage Intacct.
