What does a successful Trade Receivables Analyst do at FISERV ?

• Meet daily, monthly, quarterly deadlines for the recording of all A/R and non-A/R cash receipts

•Analyze, identify and resolve payment exceptions

• Identify and properly record short payments and overpayments

•Research miscellaneous AR items to provide details and check copies and support audits

•Monitor and distribute incoming requests sent to the cash application general mailbox

•Research and resolve client inquiries

•Prepare, post and upload journal entries into SAP

• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts

•Provide verbal and written communication to both internal and external clients

•Ad-hoc projects as assigned

What will you need to know:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1-3 years’ work experience

•Proficiency with Excel

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company employees

•Attention to detail and accuracy

What will be great to have:

• SAP ERP experience

•Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

•Strong analytical skills

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
