The Role

What You’ll Do
- Performs autonomously, initiates and manages complex, departmental work
- Perform monthly intercompany balance reconciliations across group entities and close the open reconciling items on time.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Prepares monthly statements by collecting data;
- Analysing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
- Prepares quarterly and annual statements by assembling data Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Is expected to set and improve policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance, Ledger reconciliation, implementing best practices.
- Manage all monthly closing activities and month-end reporting
- Accounts up to Finalisation of accounts, should ensure books of accounts are consolidated along with proper supporting.
- Ensure coordination with Auditor and ensuring timely finalisation of accounts with relevant supporting
- Handling External Audit
- Collaborate with other departments Facilities, IT HR, and Legal to address operational and organizational needs.
- Non STPI, STPI, FEMA and RBI Compliances
- Should have excellent communication skills for interactions with Tax Consultants, Auidtors and Senior Management personnel
- Handling Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Income Tax Return Filing and other related forms as per the Indian Tax Requirements
