JOB SCOPE
Role overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and audit processes. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting regulatory and tax-related requirements.
Work Description:
Accounting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including bookkeeping and payroll entries.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and reconciliations.
Vendor & Payment Management:
Process vendor and related party invoices & salary payments and support bank payment activities.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare TDS workings and ensure timely compliance.
Handle GST-related filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-6, and GSTR-3B.
Audit & Finalization:
Manage statutory audit processes including financial preparation, actuarial reports, and audit query resolution.
Assist in tax audit finalization with knowledge of Clause 34 (TDS), Clause 44 (GST), and MSME compliance.
Support GST audit handling and Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.
Prepare documentation for direct and indirect tax assessments.
Regulatory Filings & Compliance:
Assist in ITR filing and related compliance activities.
Prepare Form 15CA/CB for clearing outstanding payments and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
Skills requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and audit handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Workday).
Proficient with Data Analysis
