Job Description
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Preparation of account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis required for the month end close, with additional financial and tax reporting requirements at quarter and year-end.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Intercompany billing and reconciliations
- A/R and A/P aging and reconciliation
- Reconcile various accounts, including bank accounts and general ledger accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana ERP system
- 3+ years public accounting experience or experience for a public company preferred
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing company preferred
- Ability to work with dynamic and changing requirements on a regular basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookup), Word and PowerPoint.
