Voor ons Northern European accounting team zoeken wij een Accountant die ons team komt versterken. Het team werkt vanuit Amstelveen en Stockholm en bestaat uit vijf collega’s die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de financiële administratie van onze Nederlandse vastgoedobjecten en corporate entiteiten.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de asset accounting en financiële administratie van twee winkelcentra. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van investeringen, het beheren van vaste activa en het optimaliseren van accountingprocessen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Beheren en administreren van vaste activa en het vaste-activaregister
- Correct activeren van investeringen volgens IFRS en Dutch GAAP
- Monitoren en analyseren van kapitaaluitgaven (CAPEX) en investeringsprojecten
- Controleren van de juiste classificatie tussen investeringen en kosten
- Ondersteunen bij kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en bij de externe accountantscontrole
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor het consolidatieteam tijdens closings
- Meewerken aan finance-projecten, zoals de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA
- Signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en automatisering binnen asset accounting
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om een accurate asset administratie te waarborgen
- Ondersteunen bij btw-aangiften in samenwerking met de tax afdeling
- Zorgen voor naleving van IFRS en Dutch GAAP
Wat breng je mee?
- Een bacheloropleiding in Accounting, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van IFRS en Dutch GAAP
- Ervaring met SAP en Excel
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding
- Interesse in of ervaring met de vastgoedsector is een pré

Skills Required
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and Dutch GAAP)
- Working experience with SAP
- Proficient in Excel
- Analytical skills and experience in projects
- Experience in Real Estate
