Your Responsibilities
- Verifying and booking of cost invoices and bank transactions
- Monitor of account payable and account receivable transactions
- Verifying and preparing data for month-end closing activities
- Cooperation with the external accounting service providers
- Record of “one-off” sales invoices and review of revenue
- Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP, VAT, and CIT regulations, including accurate preparation and review of related financial documentation.
- Cooperation with our entities located worldwide (Canada, United States, UK, UAE etc.)
- Looking for improvements and process automation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts (like: cash, prepayments, accruals)
- Process manual payouts to Fresha Partners in UAE and KSA
- Perform review of P&L accounts in order to identify missing invoices, missing bookings (prepayments, accruals), etc.
- Prepare / Review the Financial Statement in accordance with the group accounting policies
- Prepare / Review VAT returns
- Prepare / Review Income Tax Returns
Our Requirements
- At least 4 year of experience in the accounting / finance field
- Knowledge of Polish GAAP, VAT and CIT
- Financial education background
- Understanding of accounting and tax law
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details
- Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct (our accounting software), Optima (accounting software for Polish entity) & Transfer pricing
