Working as the European Finance Shared Service Center team member, providing the best potential customer service in the area of responsibilities.
Tasks/Duties
- Post customer payments and cost invoices to system
- Prepare and upload weekly invoice payment run
- Prepare and upload Draft/direct debit files
- Post payment files and record other bank transaction in the system
- Analyze and process customer claims
- Accounts Payable and Receivable accounts aging follow up
- Supplier Master Data maintenance
- Prepare audit documents related to area of responsibilities
- Month end tasks related to area of responsibilities
- Support in accounting matters to local sites
Education
Degree in Accounting and at least 3-year experience as an Accountant preferably in an international company. Experience in working with accounting software/ERP system.
Experience
- Very good knowledge of oral and written English
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Good computer skills, Excel is must-have
- Ability to plan work both individually and as team member
- Ability to meet deadlines
