Reponsibilities

Acting as an accountant at the production company employing circa 150 people with target annual revenues of USD 50 million.
Collecting data for payroll accrual and calculating gross salary and applicable payroll-related tax obligations.
Recognition of payroll expenses in the accounting system, preparation of respective reporting (tax returns and other required).
Pay slip preparation and sharing with employees.
Other support of Manager in payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

Have a CPA(SMMM) certificate
Complete higher education in Accounting.
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Decent knowledge of Turkish accounting and taxation legislation.
Import-export and FEZ legislation knowledge should be an advantage.
Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, and negotiation skills with the drive for results
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English.
