What you’ll do
-
Assisting in all day-to-day operations, procedures and tasks of the Accounting function and Safeguarding of Client Funds and Assets (CASS)

Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Recording and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable

Regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports

Assisting with administrative tasks for providing certain employee benefits such as daily lunch, making travel arrangements and other similar operational tasks as necessary
What you need to have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in financial software tools, such as Excel or similar applications
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
-
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
