What you’ll do

• Assisting in all day-to-day operations, procedures and tasks of the Accounting function and Safeguarding of Client Funds and Assets (CASS)

• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

• Recording and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable

• Regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports

• Assisting with administrative tasks for providing certain employee benefits such as daily lunch, making travel arrangements and other similar operational tasks as necessary

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in financial software tools, such as Excel or similar applications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
