Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented accountant with a deep knowledge of European accounting standards and legal requirements to join our team.  

The ideal candidate will manage various accounting and financial tasks to ensure the accurate and timely management of our financial records. Additionally, the candidate will play an active role in the development of our company in Romania.  

We hope to find a professional who will become an integral part of our friendly administrative team.  

• Administer official programs and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards 

• Handle employee onboarding, including processing employment documents 

• Conduct reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements 

• Execute tax payments and manage financial obligations through banking systems 

• Organize and oversee payments to suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate transactions 

• Collect and provide financial data for regular analysis, including income, expenses, and bank statements 

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations 

• Assist with the submitting of financial reports through legal consultants 

• Monitor tax identification numbers and company records of employees and board members to ensure compliance 

• Oversee incoming correspondence and manage document inventory 

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role 

• Deep knowledge of European accounting standards and legal requirements 

• Experience with banking transactions and financial software 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluency in Ukrainian 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
