PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile credit card charges and employee expense statements.,
- General ledger coding and entries
- Enter and track expense reports.
- Enter and track vendor invoices and other payables.
- A/P, A/R, and general accounting duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Support the department's overall mission and objectives.
- Support the agency’s core values.
- Must have Excel and MS Word experience.
- Excellent prospect for advancement within 3-5 years. Gain experience with the agency’s billing process and receive training in other higher-level tasks that will create an open path to Senior Accountant and Controller positions.
- Must be able to pass an accounting test.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
