PURPOSE
As Accountant, you will handle various accounting tasks, including encoding merchandise purchases, expense reports, and marketing expenses. You will also play a critical role in supporting our team during the migration to JDE and contributing to the improvement and automation of our financial processes.
RESPONSABILITIES
ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS
- Booking of merchandise purchases (both within the group and outside the group)
- Booking of expense reports and Mastercard statements
- Booking of marketing expenses
- Assist the senior accountant with tasks such as VAT declarations and external audit requests.
IT SYSTEM
- Support the accounting team in the migration from Navision to JDE
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of processes and systems.
TEAM SUPPORT
- Act as a backup for other team members when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Organised and attention to details.
- Capacity to collaborate with a team in a challenging environment.
- Excel skills
- Knowledge of finance tools (JDE, Navision) is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a big plus.
