Accountant

The purpose of this role is mainly to review all associates’ expense review to abide by the policy and guideline. Expense spending analysis by category by staff will also be performed. PO creation and supporting senior accountant will be next priority.

In addition, this role includes to support finance manager for internal control areas such as control assessment, control testing and KPI follow up etc

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
• Experience: Accounting, Costing and Financial reporting, preferably with Multi-National Companies – 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Familiar with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint proficiency
• Skills/Competencies: Result oriented, self-motivated, high work ethic and team player. Honest and poses high level of integrity.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Be responsible for main AP accountant to deal with all payable matters and payment process
• Review all staffs expense voucher based on policy and guideline including communication
• Prepare the monthly F/S reconciliation to support various financial reports
• Create PO for vendor payable based on proper documentation.
• Prepare and review the Inventory related to Invoice, CAPEX in line with guidelines
• Coordinate and assist external & internal audit as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies (Travel, Entertainment & Expenses) through audit of expense reports
