We offer a variety of on demand health screening services. Most recently, we have successfully scaled our first offering of rapid COVID-19 screening solutions with on-site delivery, Insta OnSite (do-it-yourself testing) and Virtual Proctoring enabled by our own proprietary Track platform. We are taking the capabilities we have built and applying them to revolutionize preventative screening in the digital health space to launch and scale our offerings in our pipeline including: lead-testing at schools, vaccinations in schools and senior living, virtual drug testing, and preventative health screenings.

About This Role: 

We're looking for an Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for monthly close, bank and other account reconciliations, payroll, and accounts payable processing.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and supplemental schedules to support the financials 
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
• Manage and reconcile employee expenses and corporate credit cards
• Centralize payroll processing using our payroll system
• Assist with year-end close process
• Manage technical accounting questions and updates 
• Work closely with the Sr. FP&A Manager in building out the next phase of the accounting systems to enhance organization-wide visibility and speed of reporting 

Key Experience We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in accounting/finance 
• Licensed CPA preferred
• Must have experience working with QuickBooks Desktop 
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, principles and regulations
• Experience with reporting, preferably within Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and reporting requirements 

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a start-up environment
• Experience supporting B2B businesses model 
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax, internal controls, and compliance 
• Experience utilizing a payroll system
