We are seeking an Accountant to join our Business Services team. Working with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, family groups and high-net-worth individuals, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes and gain exposure to a broad range of compliance and advisory work.

Supported by experienced Managers and Partners, you’ll build strong client relationships, work across a variety of industries and develop the skills needed to thrive in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a variety of entities

• Assisting with BAS, FBT and other taxation compliance obligations

• Maintaining accurate and well-documented workpapers

• Supporting tax planning and advisory engagements

• Assisting clients with business structuring, cash flow forecasting and general business advice

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Contributing to the delivery of quality outcomes and exceptional client service

About You

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative professional who is keen to grow their career in Business Services.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience within a Business Services or public practice accounting environment

• CA or CPA studies underway, or the intention to commence

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn

• Experience using APS and/or Xero (desirable)
