Περιγραφή Θέσης: Βοηθό Λογιστή/Λογίστρια

Η θέση αναφέρεται στην Προϊστάμενο Λογιστηρίου και προσφέρει ευκαιρίες για προσωπική και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη. Ο ρόλος αφορά την υποστήριξη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του λογιστηρίου (καταχωρήσεις, συμφωνίες, αρχειοθέτηση), ενώ παράλληλα προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα συμμετοχής σε ένα σημαντικό έργο μετάβασης σε νέο ERP σύστημα (NetSuite).

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Προετοιμασία και καταχώρηση λογιστικών εγγραφών σύμφωνα με τα ΕΛΠ και τη Φορολογική Νομοθεσία σε όλο το λογιστικό κύκλωμα (έξοδα, πληρωμές, αγορές, πάγια κ.λπ.).
  • Συμφωνίες και έλεγχος λογαριασμών και υπολοίπων προμηθευτών.
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία και διεκπεραίωση φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων μέσω myDATA.
  • Υποστήριξη διαφόρων εργασιών του λογιστηρίου για την ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος.
  • Συμμετοχή στη μετάβαση σε νέο ERP (NetSuite) και εξοικείωση με νέο λογιστικό περιβάλλον
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο σε Λογιστική, Οικονομικά ή συναφή τομέα (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ).
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Καλή γνώση του myDATA και φορολογικών διαδικασιών.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση του προγράμματος Epsilon (Pylon) ή Oracle Netsuite θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a university, technical institution, or vocational institute
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting position
  • Good knowledge of myDATA and tax procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with Epsilon Pylon or Oracle NetSuite
