We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Accountant to join our UniQue Accounting team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation!
For the Accountant position, we expect you to:
- Post all types of invoices (e.g. domestic and foreign).
- Post prepaid expenses using a dedicated program with separate monitoring.
- Form and reverse revenue and expense provisions according to local GAAP and IAS.
- Monitor pending expense reimbursements via the internal approval workflow.
- Create Excel files for recurring expense reimbursements, in collaboration with Payroll and Treasury departments.
- Manage fixed assets: creation / transfers / processing in the Fixed Assets Register.
- Search for missing invoices via the Summary Book of IAPR (AAΔΕ) (myDATA).
- Participate in statutory audits by providing required financial data.

- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of tax matters and familiarity with IAPR electronic services and MyData system.
- Ability to adapt to changes in accounting/tax laws or new systems.
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and team spirit.
- Effective communication and adaptability.
