We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Accountant Assistant to join our UniQue Accounting team.

For the Accountant Assistant position, we expect you to:
- Manage all types of expense claims: recurring, ad-hoc, fuel card & pool cars, travel, and expenditures on the UniApproval platform, and post them in the SAP system.
- Create Excel files for ad-hoc expense payments in collaboration with the Payroll and Treasury departments.
- Post stationery and travel invoices.
- Organize and file invoices and other accounting documents, both physically and digitally.
- Create and modify vendor data in SAP according to corporate control procedures.

- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 0–2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset.
- Time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.

Skills Required
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Familiarity with SAP
- Knowledge of tax matters
- Familiarity with IAPR electronic services and the myDATA system
- Ability to adapt to changes in accounting and tax laws or new systems
- Organizational skills and responsibility
