- Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Review daily accounts payable inbox
- Prepare and process invoices
- Request W9 forms as needed
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Process online and phone payments
- Process ACH payments and wire transfers
- Handle bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations
- Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliation
- Recognize and book prepaid and accrued expenses
- Process journal entries as needed
- Assist with year-end 1099 report
- Daily cash activity such as posting deposits/utilities payments
- Assist Controller with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, or other accounting software
- Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
